By accessing or using SoraSongs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SoraSongs. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sorasongs.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

SoraSongs offers subscription plans billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy.

5. Permitted Use

You may use SoraSongs solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or publicly perform any audio content from the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SoraSongs — including audio tracks, artwork, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to SoraSongs Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service or its content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SoraSongs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoraSongs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
